With an appearance of deep ruby, it releases fresh tones of blackberry and bilberry, showing a big, tannic yet well-balanced and round palate. Cabernet Sauvignon is made in limited quantities from a careful selection of grapes from vineyards on the hills of Nimis and Tarcento. After macerating at length in oak vats, it ages in barriques for over 16 months.
